Great apartment in a fantastic location!
This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise everything was great! Merci Jacques!

Proximity to the Eiffel Tower, metro, and McDonalds/Grocery.
This was the perfect find for our first time in Paris. Located directly across from the Metro, we were able to drop our luggage upon training in, and then navigate wherever we wanted. We took advantage of the quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, as well as other amenities like the McDonalds and Monoplex grocery to help make traveling to Paris affordable with kids. The accommodations were perfect and the stairs were no big deal.

Great location
We loved this cute apartments! It is within walking distance of so many good restaurants and attractions. Only downside is that there’s no elevator and the unit is on the 4th (5th floor, as ground level is level 0). Getting luggage up with a bit of a challenge but we loved our stay otherwise

Amazing first trip to Paris
My family and I absolutely loved this apartment! The location was fantastic (by the Metro and tons of restaurants), the apartment itself was incredible and felt exactly like how I pictured Paris in my head. Amazing property
The property was beautiful. It was exactly what we needed after staying in cramed hostels/hotels. Everything was walking distance and having the metero accross the street was a lifesavers to get around the city.

Good location for exploring the city
The apartment was nice overall and in a good location; a couple of issues with lack of hot water and some steep, dark stairs (95 stairs up/down each way), but overall worked well for our family (55/52/22/19) — probably wouldn’t recommend for anyone much older than us or with small children; lack of a/c was fine — kept the windows open at night and slept well.

We had a wonderful time in Paris with this apartment as our homebase. Its immediate surroundings are full of grocery, restaurant, bakery, and coffee shop options. Our family of six had a lovely time staying at this apartment the location was perfect, the only thing I would caution is the apartment is on the 4th (5th) floor with no elevator which was fine for our family but anyone with any type of physical difficulties would find this hard. Perfect location
We booked here for 2 nights after a few days in Disneyland. It was perfect location so close to the Eiffel Tower as well as lots of restaurants. Owner was great with communication and recommended parking which worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment
The apartment is beautiful and enough space to comfortably fit our family of five. We had enough space to relax and the apartment itself was spotless. On top of that the location was phenomenal, only 15mins to the Eiffel Tower and easy enough to get around on the metro to go further out. We had some questions and the owner responded immediately. All in all a fantastic stay and would very much love to stay again next time we are in Paris! Thank you so much for providing such a great experience.

Fun old building with quiet windows!
