The hotel was very clean, but the staff lacked experience. I was charged $32 for an early check-in of just one hour, which felt excessive. Additionally, when I needed to purchase water at night, I was informed that the hotel neither sold water nor had any available, and there were no nearby stores. This was quite frustrating.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is new. It was cimfortable and clean. The only downside is that the workout room was not finished being built and construction site around it whicj caused several issues with uber, taxis to find the hotel. Besides that it jas a breakfast room for 12 euros a person. I didn't ise it because i got an appartment room.

The hotel was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quite large and the beds comfy, we had a fantastic view and the little kitchenette had all the amenties we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Déception sur l'organisation.
La résidence est récente. Donc c'est plutôt propre. La décoration dans la chambre est quand même un peu légère. Et ça donne une impression de froideur. La salle du petit-déjeuner, située tout en haut de l'immeuble, avec vue sur la région parisienne, est très agréable ! Par contre, nous étions 3. Ça nous paraissait évident qu'il fallait préparer le canapé-lit. Or ça n'était pas le cas. Quand nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil, ils ont mis énormément de temps à nous trouver les draps (presque 1 heure), avec quelques aller-retours pour voir ce qu'il nous fallait. Et au final, c'est nous qui avons dû faire le lit !! A 1h du matin, ça n'était pas agréable ! On a attendu un geste commercial. Mais on n'a rien eu ....

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Herr Said ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung vom Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen, da überall Baustelle herrscht.

Região tranquila e apto confortável
Bairro tranquilo e ficará melhor ainda quando inaugurar a estação de metrô Villejuif que fica na porta do hotel. Quarto confortável, bom café da manhã, cozinha equipada, um bom custo benefício para viagem em família.

Quartier en travaux...j'ai tourné pendant 1h30 autour. Impossible d'accès à l'hôtel, il faut traverser le chantier. Pas de café au petit déj ni grille pains car plombs sautent tout le temps pourtant facturé au prix normal !!! Malgré mes relances au services de l'hôtels: Pas de TV ni connexion internet sur un des chambres Pas de rideaux occultants sur un des chambres Ouverture prématuré !!!
