Good Hotel
Stay was good. It’s a nice hotel, it’s the cleanest building in the area. The quality was just OK. Very thin towels, no iron in the room, no closet. The fire alarm went off a few times. The roof top is great. Great service. It’s a 10 min walk to Metro 13 which connects you to all the tourist stops. I do not recommended walking in the area at night or after 8pm. They did charge us extra euros for a late check out.

A Very Enjoyable Stay.
This is a very nice Hotel. We upgraded to a Suite Type Room, which was really spacious. I can’t comment on the Standard Rooms. The Hotel was very clean and quite close to the Metro.

There was a street market 2 blocks before the hotel main door. It was impossible to walk on the sidewalk so we had to take the street. 2 of the merchants were fighting, which pushed all people around towards us. Cars passing by nearly hit us. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, we asked for it and never got it.

This would be a great 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The area is very poor, with lots of homeless people on the streets, and refugees, and people with mental health problems. Lots of graffiti and litter too. It does not reflect well on the local government of Paris more generally.

Photos of the proper are deceiving. The hotel staff was friendly as well as the Kitchen staff on the main floor. The 8th floor bar had limited choices. The glass water container was full of stains and particles. Do not order the onion fritters from the 8th floor. They were overcooked and burnt. The manager refused to recook or substitute the item. The only option was to pay for burnt food. We never received our drink orders and left frustrated, disappointed and likely never to return. There is no where to upload photos. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Customer service and being treated like you matter is important to everyone.

Such a warm and friendly vibe, we were early for checkin but they gave us the room early. The roof top restaurant was excellent really chilled, the service was amazing. Highly recommend it. The room was super clean and the bathroom spotless! Thank you for a great trip.

Great quality hotel for the price. Rooftop bar and restaurant very nice, with outdoor area with lots of plants. You can sit and look at Sacre Coeur and the eiffel tower in the distance over your croissants. Rooms modern and had everything we needed. Not the most picturesque Paris location (our room had a view of the Peripherique, great if you love watching traffic) but only 20 mins walk up the hill to Montmartre and close to tram and metro stops.

Great Hotel, But Bad Neighborhood
The hotel was great, staff was very attentive. The location could be much much better. The neighborhood is not the best, and there is a stolen goods market that sets up across the street throughout the whole day, and when it is over it leaves the entire area very dirty. For a 4-Star hotel you would think it would be in a much better neighborhood.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was very nice, though a bit small. The surrounding area didnt feel very safe. We had planned to walk to the metro every day, but never felt comfortable walking outside, and ended up having to book rides, which cost us a lot of extra money.

Good hotel, not nice neighborhood
The hotel was very clean and attractive. The rooms were a little small however with no closet. The rooftop bar was so fun!! The surrounding area was not very nice however.

First of all I want to say that I slept on the worst bed ever. Very uncomfortable,cracking noises while turning around,1 pillow.Staff very unfriendly and not serious.Had to ask 3 times for an iron and they kept saying test yes but only got it after I said that I’ll book another hotel for my last 2 days and they left an iron in my room.Very dirty and disgusting neighbourhood…nothing like pictures.No bin bags in the bins especially in the bathroom which is not hygienic at all. I asked for a decent view and I was given a terrible room. No space to put your luggage,no wardrobe…just some crap hangers that cannot be moved.1 small bottle of water for 2 people in the room. Overall I’ll never stay there and don’t recommend the hotel.
