Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for my first time in Paris. Very close to the Metro, and a short walk from famous sights such as the Louvre or Notre Dame. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed may have been the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on.

A nice property with small, but well appointed rooms. However neighborhood around hotel was terrible. Plenty of roaming young men, apparent drug deals, and adult toy shop across from hotel. Wife felt unsafe so we left after one night of 3 night stay. Staff unsympathetic so did not provide refund, and charged us City Tax for nights we were not in residence. Paris is too nice to stay in this area.

AC doesn’t go down past 19. Seriously, they don’t let you control your individual room temperature. I doubt it’s even that cold. So hot I could not sleep and decided it was better to try the windows. Hair dryer doesn’t work, at all, for any outlet Toilet is not in the bathroom. Seriously, the toilet is on the opposite side of the room, so after using it, you then get to walk around all your stuff to wash your hands in a different room. Lights are activated by placing your room key in a slot, which is fine, but there are several lights you cannot turn off. So either those lights are on, or all the lights are off. Closet light flickers, well who cares right, close the door or turn off the lights. NOPE, this is one of the lights we cannot turnoff and the closet door is transparent. So there is either a closet light flickering or I have to turn off all lights by removing the room key card. They do not have free bottled water. You can get a glass of water and get it refilled, but obviously that’s a pain in the ass to have to run down 5 floors to get water refilled and obviously, we can’t leave for the day with this. The mini fridge doesn’t keep anything cold. At best it’s slightly cooler than air temperature. Other notes: things are falling apart. Shower drain cover was off, light switch fell out with every use, sink drain cover was off. Curtains are filthy. This matters less than ever else. But the hotel is much much smaller than it seems in the photos, we tho

The hotel was extremely walkable with a metro close by. Hotel was modern and decorated well with hot water and cool air conditioning. Room was spotlessly clean. Special shout out to Leah at front desk when I needed assistance with the safe. She was extremely helpful and kind. All the staff there were great. My only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 was the size of the room. It was small even for Paris. It would have been fine for 1 person or 2 who were traveling very light. We are an average size couple and had several bags it was very difficult to move. Other than that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great location. Easy access to subway. Many wonderful dinning options. Helpful staff. Property, however, could be updated especially the carpets. We would not hesitate to return.
