This brand new apartment offers a comfort and stunning decoration designed to ensure that you have the best possible stay.

Great spot for comfortable stay with family of 4
Stayed for 3 nights with our family of 4. Place was well-appointed, pull-out sofa bed was fine for the kids (5) and (7) years. Nice to have a full-size washer/ dryer down the hallway for laundry on a long Euro trip. Location was great, close to convenient bus stop for Eiffel Tower tour. Would recommend to families!

Ideal location in a less touristy part of Paris.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is clean and well decorated. Security is also very good and the building has a small lift which is handy for transporting luggages. Ideally located for foodies and visitors who want to experience the Parisian good life. Two minor complaints that I have are: 1) there is no freezer, only a fridge which means I cannot buy ice cream home to keep. 2) The washing machines & dryers are shared among 6 apartments plus the housekeepers. During changeover days, I could not get a look in on the washing machines/ dryers as they are used constantly by the housekeeper until late in the evening.

Smaller, clean apartment that was perfect for two
I stayed in this apartment with my mom only. This was on the smaller end there for making at the perfect size for the two of us to share. It was in a good neighborhood and we felt safe. They were a very good amount of restaurants within walking distance as well as good shops. All the big tourist stops were about a mile away.

We’ve stayed all over Paris but love this neighborhood best. Apt is on what U.S. calls 2nd floor (Paris calls 1st floor, above ground floor) with small elevator. Apt is clean & small but good for 2 people. Comfortable queen size bed. Excellent security. Close to Sevres-Babylon Metro stop, many cafes, groceries incl great street market, Le Grand Epicerie, Bon Marche. Easy walks to Rodin and Musee d’Orsay. Apt. is a good base for sightseeing. Windows open to inner building walls, not to street, so it’s quiet. Free washer/dryer down the hall. Towels/linens provided but bring your own wash cloth per normal. Recommend!

Good location and very secure
The unit is clean, well organized, and has the basics you need. It is nice that you can open windows, and the metal shutters are great because you can create total darkness for sleeping. Surprisingly quiet spot given how central it is. The washer and dryer are shared but I had no problem getting several loads done during our stay. Good water pressure. Would stay again.
