Terrible wouldn’t stay again. No help for luggage, No toothbrush or toothpaste, no ironing board, very small room, the room barely got cold even with max AC…. In the middle of summer. No free water in room. Construction noise and nailing in early morning. Sonita at reception was horrible. Terrible construction noises, the door closes very loudly to wake up everybody around you. To make matters even worse, the air conditioner stopped working. We had to ask for another room in the middle of the night and when we got to our room, the hallway was dark with no lighting, and it smelled like sheep!!!! As things couldn’t get any worse, the following day, I was awoken by the receptionist Sonita stating that I must relocate to my old room now because the air conditioner has been fixed. When I told her I’d be checking out anyways and an hour, she said no it has to be done now. You have to take your kids and your belongings and move now. Unbelievable. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Wonderful hotel! Perfectly situated for getting around on foot or by metro. Very clean hotel. Great room and shower room with everything you need. Friendly staff.

The hotel is 4 star and not the stated 3 in my opinion. Rooms are small like most in Paris but are very modern and clean. Great location. Highly recommend.

Great stay right near Arc de triomphe. We were on the 7th floor, lift only goes to the 6th floor, staircase up was a bit small with luggage and was a bit dusty and used for storage but room was lovely.

I was uncertain at first however pleasantly surprised. Newly renovated my room very very comfortable with a modern washroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable and the staff could not have been more hospitable. The location, is near l'Arc de Triomphe, the Métro, Champs Elisé and many restaurants

A stay at Princess Caroline
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was a great location, close to restaurants and bars and metro and buses and 1 block to Arc de Triompheand 2 blocks to Champs elysee. We arrived at about 8am and check in is not till 3pm but our room was ready at 10am. We were able to store our bags and walk around a bit before we went to our room. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but the room was a nice size, AC, sitting area, 3 large windows looking out and a nice size bathroom. They had an elevator which was suitable.for 2 persons. My husband went down to breakfast everymorning, it was a buffet and he quite enjoyed it for 15 euros. I would definitely stay again. Location location location

The room was spacious and extremely clean despite it being a 3 stars hotel. But everything lived up and beyond my expectations. Thanks to the staffs too, they are so helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but there was a closet for us to store our suitcase and clothes. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have an AC in the room. I really liked the large drawer in the bathroom vanity, which had plenty of space for our toiletries. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Also, we had breakfast twice, and there was a good selection of breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, pastries, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, etc). Lastly, the location was ideal for our travel itinerary. The Charles de Gaulle-Etoile metro was steps away from Princess Caroline and it was easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Montmarte, and La Defense arena. Overall, I was very happy with our accommodations. Merci beaucoup to the hotel staff!

The rooms were simple but nice and had a great amount of storage space to unpack. The shower was also a good size. A bit outdated/worn in overall and nothing fancy but good for the price. The area is busy but you’re very close to the metro to get anywhere you want to be in the city. Staff was very friendly.
