I love the rooms that we used.. super cute. The breakfast was fine. The personal at the front desk needs to be more friendly specially the only lady that is there. She is super rude. There only were two people that were amicable: A man that spoke to us in Spanish and helped us with the check in. I don’t know his name but he gave us 414 and 415 rooms. And the other person who helped us with the check out was also very nice. We stayed from Dec 31st and January 3rd.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English for us. The room was amazing, 423 with a balcony. The only complaints were sooo minor and they may be a Euro thing but there were no hooks for clothes or towels and there needed to be hooks or a bar or something in the shower. I am just quibbling here. The location can't be beat: two blocks to the Louvre and three blocks to the Seine. You cannot be more central, especially if you like to walk Paris' gorgeous streets with all of the major center city within an hour walk in all directions. Will stay here again.

The junior suite (renovated) was perfect for a family of 4. The staff were very nice and helpful and took us to our room. Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. Our children loved the double shower too. It was very easy access to the Louvre and Metro station and there are a ton of dinning options in the area. There’s also a street nearby with Japanese or Korean food. If you are travelling with a family of 4, try junior suite is awesome!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Paris center. The hotel is under renovation, the renovated rooms are nice and larger than the usual size in Paris.s The main problem in this hotel remain in his managers staff unfortunately. They need some training and experience of how you deal with clients.

Fantastic location! Just steps from the Louvre! Our Junior Suite was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for two adults and two kids, ages 13 and 10. The bathroom was very large, with a huge shower with two shower heads. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. They let us leave our luggage there before and after our stay. Will absolutely return to this gem of a hotel!
