Are you looking for a perfect family vacation spot that is secluded and spacious? Or a place for a romantic getaway where you can be alone and enjoy the great outdoors? This modern farmhouse was built in 2022 on 50 private acres near Mark Twain Lake. It boast 1600 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan and an indoor / outdoor fireplace. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need.

Take a hike on the 3+ miles of private trails or visit the sandy beach at Mark Twain State Park only 15 minutes away. There is a boat ramp approximately 5 miles away and the India Creek Marina is a 20 minute drive. We have an RV hook up for extra guests and a pond with dock. The farm backs to a creek and core ground which provides thousands of public acres for your enjoyment.

Internet is not available at the property, but we do provide a wide selection of DVDs and board games. There is also a pack n’ play and high chair if needed for small children. A washer and dryer is available for your use. Please bring your own detergent.

We had the best time at the Z farm! This property is simply beautiful and has everything you need for a family weekend away. The privacy, nature, campfires, & beautifully styled house is top tier along with excellent communication with the owners!

Best Family Trip Ever!
We've done a family trip every year for 7 years. A Florida beach, Stockton Lake, Table Rock... This was my favorite! Three generations of family, ten people. So much privacy, so much beautiful nature to enjoy, so many things to do nearby. Mark Twain Lake, historical and literary Sam Clemons / Tom Sawyer things to do in Hannibal. But most of all this beautiful property itself. I'm a big fan. :-)

Loved this place. Very relaxing. Well taken care of.
My family and I stayed for a 3 nights. We have stayed in VRBOs all over the U.S. and can honestly say this place was very well taken care of. We felt right at home! Love the outdoor fire place and enjoyed cooking breakfast on the blackstone while watching our kiddos play on the swings and chase frogs around the pond.

This property is beautiful! Exactly as described. We’re going back with the whole family in July. The kids will love the beautiful outdoors, the pond, the privacy. Everything we were hoping for!
