Very basic lodging however bathroom was modern, clean, the staff approachable and lots of eateries in the area. Close walk to Blanche Metro, buses, and a block down from hustle bustle of the main blvd.

Great location. Tired hotel, needs renovation. Very noisy neighbourhood (which I don’t mind) but expect to be woken up throughout the night from the clubs nearby .

Loved my stay, book the privilege room if your are looking for the Paris windows vibe. The room was very clean and tidy. The lady in reception is very nice and servicial. Can’t say the same about the man who is at nigh. The train is 5 min walking

Nice hotel, good rooms, very clean and well maintained, great for getting into Paris by the Metro. Walkable to the city center in just over half an hour. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Feels like a safe area. The main downside would be there's a club of some kind opposite it and at weekends they go on until the early morning.
