I loved the area. Very vibrant but quiet enough. We had a small studio, but we already knew it would be. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was very tight and the shower leaked a lot to the floor. I'm sure is an easy fix. Everything else was great and really worked for our needs!

The apartment is spacious. Check in was a breeze and well communicated. Long hairs in the bath tub. Wifi didn't work and the toilet howelled VERY loud for several minutes every flush. Overall an average stay.

It was exactly what I thought it would be sizewise. I expected it to be small as I was in Paris and I understand most apts are small. It was perfect for what I was looking for! Authentic Parisian! 🗼💜

Excellent location and very clean. Nice courtyard. A bit smaller than anticipated and a very hot room; the air conditioning was great for the lower bed, but not very effective for the loft bed.

The location and the building are great, but there was no A/C, and the fan wasn’t working. The bathroom had some tiles detached and was somewhat disgusting.

The beds upstairs are really only viable for little children as they are quite hard to get into and out off. Not for people who are not comfortable with small Spaces!

We stayed in apartment BD44. It was great for us, but be aware it is up 4 flights of stairs and no elevator available. Loft space has very little head room (as the pictures show), fine for our teenagers to cope with for a few nights. Kitchenette very basic, small fridge/freezer was super useful. An instruction manual for the washer/drier would have been useful…. Great location for shopping, walking & metro, would stay here again.

Charming, small pied a terre, conveniently located. Our unit did require us to climb 3 flights ofstairs on a narrow, circular stairway, which was a challenge with our luggage. Th stovetop was not intuitive, but a quick google search helped us sort it out.

The apartment was fabulous for a family of 5 only downside was parking issue as we did find a close parking spot for disabled otherwise it was lovely friendly place and people also we had issues with the sockets as we had Uk adapters and had to purchase adapters that would plug in to two sockets to charge our phones but everything was fine and very friendly and family oriented.

We are family of 5 and stayed for 5 nights. We run out of bath towels and toilet paper. I don’t know who to ask because there is no front desk. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We’ll book here again.

The unit has everything they say. It is great to have a kitchen and washer machine in the unit. The location is great, near restaurants and the metro. Keep in mind Paris spaces are smaller than the ones in the US, and that there are no elevators in the building.
