The staff was friendly. The location was great. It's within walking distance to the louvre. The subway is less than a half a block away. We felt safe walking around at night. The hotel air either wasn't working or it was set by the building because it was too hot. However, we just opened our windows to cool down. The room was smaller than you would get in the US but we didn't mind because we had room and we were gone most of the day. We didn't have the breakfast because we couldnt eat enough to justify the cost. We just walked to a bakery and had coffee and croissants. Yiu cannot hear anyone in the rooms next to you. But, you can hear everything outside. If you are a light sleeper that might be a problem. We didnt mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

A great stay in the heart of Paris
Our stay here was amazing! The rooms and the entire hotel were beautifully appointed and well designed. The location near the Louvre and the center of life in Paris was a real benefit, yet the location was very quiet and comfortable. Also just a block from exclusive shopping on Rue Saint Honoré. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast offered a diverse variety of French foods. I look forward to our return visit.

This hotel is great. Terrific staff that is most knowledgeable and friendly. Location is great. They upgraded us because we stayed five nights. Be sure to get the breakfast, it’s very good and anything else is a few blocks away.
