I booked a single, but was upgraded to a double, facing the street, on arrival. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful throughout my 2 day stay. I would love to repeat my stay at Villa Ternes next time I am in Paris.

Very limited customer service
A lot of noise. I couldn’t sleep. I went out to eat something come back the door was locked and the reception wasn’t there. I was outside for more then 1 hour. 4 am i started getting scared i went to a different hotel that owned by the same property and let me know about my situation the receptionist because him self was locked outside. He had to call one of the client in a room to come down to open the door for us it’s was 5:46 am I had no sleep and when I ask for compensation as a free breakfast. The person refused. I had to pay more to change the room to the quiet side and the hotel did nothing for the trouble I had.

The staff was super friendly. The room was quietly tucked away in a spot where I could get some work done, but nearby really great restaurants. The tub was relax and room clean. They had the mini fridge stuffed with goodies for purchase.

Perfect Accomodation
From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were amazing. I needed a room with shower which hadn’t been allocated, but the lady on rexeption sorted everything out for me - including additional towels for the floor to help slips on the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable and I slept very well . Shower was a delight - great pressure and lovely and hot.
