Staffs are friendly, good locations for everything. Only bad thing is no elevator. I did check in late night from long day tour and I had to carry my very heavy luggage to third floor.

Just after the first night, I noticed BED BUGS really strange (to say the least). I asked to have the room sprayed, which they did. However, a guess being bit by BED BUGS is terrible.

The room is really awful.. no lift.. if carrying big heavy bags gonna be hard in small lift.. bathroom are outside.. no fan or aircond.. very hot during season now..

1). The hotel has no elevator 2). It was very hot and noisy 3). The bed sheets looked OK, but when we opened cover sheet, there were lots of bloodstain, yes, lots 4). After overnight, our legs got lots of rashes/bites 5). we paid two night, and we just stayed for one night, booked a nice hotel

The hotel location is perfect! A few minutes away from the metro station. The neighborhood is very calm. The hotel staff are very nice. Overall the experience was great!

Chambre et espaces communs insalubres
Mon expérience à l'Hôtel Tolbiac a été très décevante. C'est bien la première fois qu'il a fallu que je demande à la femme de ménage de renettoyer ma chambre dès mon arrivée. L'excuse "Le bâtiment est vieux" ne suffit pas pour justifier la présence de miettes et des moutons de poussière recouvrant le sol. Concernant le lit, les draps blancs avaient l'air bien propres, cependant on n'en pouvait pas dire autant pour la couette. La réponse de la femme de ménage quand je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait remplacer ma couette avec une propre: "désolé, on n'en a pas d'autres. Mais les draps sont propres, dormez dans les draps". Pour rajouter au manque de confort, les murs sont en papier et on entend tout ce que racontent les voisins. Hormis la salle de petit-déjeuner, tous les espaces communs et la chambre étaient également assez crasseux. Le siège des toilettes était naturellement recouvert de vieilles traces d'urine et le sol de la douche parsemé de cheveux. Les douches et les toilettes étant communes, il faudrait qu'elles soient nettoyées plusieurs fois dans la journée, ce qui n'est visiblement pas le cas. Je demande à la gestion de l'hôtel de bien vouloir surveiller de plus près le nettoyage de l'hôtel, autant dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres.
