Terrible Experience - Rude Management and No Flexi
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and showed zero willingness to accommodate any requests. The worst part was dealing with the manager, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They made no effort to resolve any issues and seemed more interested in dismissing concerns than actually assisting guests. There was no flexibility at all, which made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating environment.

As three female travellers (ages 30-40) we very much enjoyed our time at Hotel St Georges Lafayette. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the area and felt very safe at anytime of the day! A great, affordable option if wanting to stay in the 9th!

Nice and cozy but could use a small fridge beside that everything was great. Restaurants all over the place with a train station within walking distance. Love it there and will come back anytime I am in Paris.

We were given a windowless ground floor room in a new extension. The room was brand new, so well appointed, and was perfectly clean, but the new construction seemed not to have bothered with any soundproofing whatsoever.

What struck me most is the moment I opened up my room there was the smell of sewage. It goes away when you open the window. They say breakfast is available, but it’s not available in the hotel. You have to walk down the street and go to Another hotel. Also it is absolutely not handicap accessible.

All was great. Stayed for four nights Tue to Sat. Liked the bed and the pillows. Hotel is close to the bars, restaurant, coffee places, transportation. All easily walkable. With the window closed can barely hear any noise at night, even though my room was on the first floor and facing the street. I would definitely stay there again.
