We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean,with excellent customer service. During the day it's a very busy location but quiets downs in the evening. Also the location is in a great for walking to so many sights and cafes.

This hotel is all about location, that is possibly 5 star - but 5 star luxury for the rooms certainly is NOT the case. The staff is kind, but the hotel is old, and it looks old not old luxury - the colors are terrible, the carpet is a hard ugly brown carpet. I have stayed in Paris many times, and was highly disappointed in this hotel being lauded as a 5 star hotel. A complete remodel needs to be done from head to toe for this to be considered as 5 star luxury. Bathrooms even are just mediocre - I asked to change rooms to a higher floor, the new room was better color pallete but the bathroom was less than desirable with a shower over tub vs a walk in shower. Room service missed two items I ordered and when I asked for them, they said they'd be back and never returned, I didn't bother to call again. The concierge were nice and very friendly.

Hotel Regina Louvre exceeded my expectations! From pulling up to the hotel, walking into the lobby and being escorted into my room, I was in awe. Everything is beautiful and has the Paris charm feel with the decor. The staff were ALL so wonderful. Concierge was super helpful with dinner reservations. Every time we would walk past the front desk, we were greeted with a smile. The doormen were always there holding the door for us and getting us a taxi if needed. The hotel was clean and room was spacious! The location was perfect! So close to sightseeing sites, close to the train and nearby shops and delicious restaurants. Def will be back for another Paris visit!

The Regina Hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the Lourve. Lots of eating places around. The staff at the Reception and Concierge were most helpful and courteous especially the 3 ladies Audrey, Majorie and Linda. My wife and I will definitely return to Regina next time we are in Paris!

Walk across the street to the Louvre and the Jardin (park). So beautiful in the evening, groups of young people sitting on the grass talking and playing music. The gardens are surreal and so beautiful. The Eifel Tower visible in the distance lights up at night. Stay in room 001!

Beautiful hotel. Staff did a great job making sure everything was great during our stay. VIP status was recognized immediately upon booking, which I find rare when booking VIP properties. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris, particularly if you are a VIP member
