The room was terribly small. The carpet is so old that it has an odor. Had to sleep with the window open each night. The tub does not have a shower curtain so the water leaked on the floor so bad that you have to use your bath towel to dry. The towels were so old, dinghy and thin. Would not stay there again

The room service was great! The room was always kept neatly. The Staff/receptionists were greatly...helpful. I sent 5 days in this hotel...and I'll go there again anytime I'm in Paris. The room was small but, I think it's there French system in general

The Pastel Hotel in France is a charming and relaxing destination.The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all guests have a comfortable stay. In addition, the location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was super cool, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke fine English and were all very kind and professional. The location was excellent as well. I would readily recommend staying here for proximity and ease of visiting the Arc, Champs Elysees, and Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants are plentiful in the area as well.

The Property/Hotel was very nice. It was central, allowing access to the popular site seeing areas. Lots of nice cafes close by. The staff were very attentive, polite and ready to assist where needed. Communication very good, and English spoken by all when my French let me down. The only problem I had was with the shower which was attached to the wall in the bath. There was no shower curtain or screen. This unfortunately made the bathroom floor very wet. Apart from that enjoyed my stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Great and very friendly staff! Carpets look a bit dirty and like they need replacing. No shower curtain made for messy showers in the small bathroom. Great hotel for single traveler, as rooms are small! I was told I’d get water and coffe every morning but that wasn’t the case and they wanted to charge me. I’d go back tho! Great location

My husband and I stayed for six nights. It was a mostly quiet atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had. Everything was very clean. The shower/tub ceiling was slanted and so low that we had to crouch during showers. The beds were very small and comfort level was acceptable but could have been better - any movement and I woke up. The AC was ok on mild nights but not sufficient during very hot nights.
