We were starting our travels in Paris and making our way up to England where my son would be studying abroad. Wish we did have a balcony and wish there was alittle more room to the rooms but it was clean, friendly staff and in good walking distance for the most part.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable night’s sleep across the weekend. The area is great if you want to be slightly out of the centre but close enough to all the main sights. Walkable distance to the famous Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecôte restaurant.

Triple room. Clean, friendly staff, very close to Metro station. Great price. No laundry machine on the premise unlike Expedia description though. Wood vanity so it seems not neat especially when wet.

OK hotel as long as you avoid Phillipe
Hotel is decent, is neither more or less than I was expecting. This is a budget hotel with limitations. Our toilet had a leak and it was fixed 2 days after we complained about it. One of the workers was very rude and ruined my stay, his name is Phillipe. If you want to have a happy time, simply avoid him. The rest of the staff was very kind and acknowledged the situation much better.

I booked family room. Room was on ground floor with balcony. Room was average but location of hotel was very ideal just few yards from metro, bus stop and tram. Hotel was close to restaurants and shopping stores. Hotel management was good but there was wrong information on website that if someone need to extend check out time to 3pm need to pay extra 15 Euros but when I enquired night manager he said there is No such hotel policy. Need to correct the information on website FAQ section of Hotel. Overall experience was good and I will recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I was expecting more from this hotel. The room was average, the bathroom was not clean and the room did not have air conditioning. At the reception they said it would be fixed, however, 3 days later we checked out with not air conditioning fixed. The area where the hotel is located is very convenient and safe.

This was a great city hotel . We stayed 2 nights in a family room. It was spotless and the room was so quiet. It was a smooth check in and the staff were very good. The metro is a stone throw away and close to restaurants and bakeries.
