The Entire staff was OUTSTANDING! The best customer service, very professional. Helen the manager Anna, & Lulu were extremely accommodating. I truly appreciate them for everything!!! Excelent staff, amazing walkable area, everything is close by and has a little supermarket pretty much right next to it. The metro stop is just 5 minutes walk away. Super clean and comfortable!

The best experience we had was the outstanding customer service. They are always willing to help you with a natural smile. Everything we requested, we had it with a smile day and night. We love the location since most of the famous areas are within walking distance like the tower, the expensive malls a long the Arc de Triomphe, the river, the Trocadero, etc There are many good restaurants within minutes. I would definitely stay here in the future God willing. They can get you a taxi when you want. Oh, and the water with lemon is delicious especially after a good walk. lol

Great location - walkable to metro, Champs Elysees, shopping, cafes/restaurants, grocery store, etc.. Service - Arriving very late PM, it was welcoming to be received by name and with a smile - thank you, Allan! Your warmth was appreciated after a long day of travelling. Room - traditional European-sized. This hotel has an elevator. Classic single was perfect for solo or max., a couple. Loved how they maximized the space in this room - pocket bathroom door, well equipped with hair dryer, in-room safe for small items, operable windows for fresh air, good showerhead flow and hot/cold temperature, and good lighting options. Slept very well each night - minimum of 7 hours - as room was quite comfortable (mattress a bit firm but lighting option, comfy covers, and good room temperature setting helped much. Checkout is at noon but they hold luggage which is great if you have a late night flight. The lemon/mint water in the main entry was perfect after a day of adventure. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a great stay!

Hotel Floride Etoile in Paris is a true gem for families visiting the City of Light. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city with children. The family-friendly atmosphere is complemented by the warm and attentive staff, particularly Mr. Alain. When my son fell ill, Mr. Alain went above and beyond to ensure we had extra bedding and everything we needed for comfort. His kindness and support made a challenging situation much easier to handle. The hotel itself is charming, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Hotel Floride Etoile for anyone traveling with family to Paris.

In our first room there was a water leakage problem under the sink and we notified staff immediately but the problem was never fixed. Two days later we notified Alan who was working the night shift and he immediately got us a new room. The staff was very apologetic and provided us with complimentary treats. Very good customer service.

I had such a great stay at the Hotel Floride Etolie! The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They had suggestions for restaurants and other hidden gems in the neighborhood.
