I wish reception staff were little bit more cheerful and speak little bit more english. They were not able to provide any guidance to us about the area. It wa great that room had water heater for cup of tea after coming back to the room from visiting the area highlights.

The hotel was really well placed to visit some iconic sights. The Rue Cler was only a few minutes walk. The hotel was clean and the staff really helpful. We would definitely choose this option again.

The staff were all great! The issue we had is the room is too hot to sleep. We set it at 16° and after a while it went back to 25°. This happened numerous times. I asked the front desk but they could not do anything so I asked for a fan. The fan helped us get some sleep but we will not be staying here again if we cannot control the temperature .

The rooms are very small and basic and some what tatty in places. Staff friendly but not particularly helpful. The price paid for this hotel was over priced in my opinion didnt get value for money. Room cleaning service turned up very late and so missed a day of cleaning. The bar area very very tiny and you had to restock (if it was available) your own tea and coffee and water. Not a great experience as the walls are very thin and you hwar everything in the other rooms.
