The staff was friendly but got nothing done. I asked for an iron, which I never got—for 5 days. I asked three times. The guests above and beside us were obnoxiously loud. The hotel staff did NOTGING to curtail the disturbance. We asked daily, one day even 4-5 times. The neighborhood is nice and location is great. Otherwise, the hotel needs work.

Hotel was not accommodating, we lost a night due to a strike happening in Paris. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation or even a late checkout. Understandably we had booked a non refundable room however when conditions were out of our control some sort of accommodating option would have been nice especially when other hotels had offered helpful options.
