Did not like: The shower. No shower curtain. The bathroom floor was constantly wet. No microwave in the room. I had the hotel breakfast which was very good but it would be nice to at least have a public microwave somewhere where a person can heat up something. Liked every thing else. Will recommend and stay there again on my next visit.

Everything glass great! The hotel is clean, nice smell. Rooms are very nice for a solo trip or couples. Nice and big bathrooms, the shower could be better need a bit of maintenance, other than that it was very nice. The area has everything around metro, restaurants, nice shops. It feels very local. A very pleasant stay

Shower had massive spots of decay but staff were willing to switch room after arguing they collect a $100 deposit on site which isn’t mentioned online location is convenient to everything you want it or need they lock the doors at midnight to the entrance tiny tiny tiny room

Convenient location. Friendly staff and service. Room was damp and had poor air ventilation. Very poor lighting in the room. Room was very dark and difficult to see even with all the lights on in the evenings and at night.

Can’t fault the hotel. In Paris you get what you pay for; HA was reasonably priced but delivered more. Location was great, a safe environment, v close to metro, non-tourist trap restaurants close by and I walked to many of the sights. The hotel was quiet and v comfortable and the staff friendly. If your son or daughter is attending ESCP, then it’s perfect.

Our Mayfair deluxe room was 10 sqm rather 13.5-15. Very hot, cant open the window due to noise and direct sun shine during day. Bathroom has mould. Overall not comfortable.

the smallest room ever!
The room is the smallest i ever stayed. I've been to paris several times and wasn't expecting huge room but the size is not acceptable. we stayed in one double bedroom. There is not enough space for two people to walk around the bed. There is no space for me to open the suitecase fully. Understand this is Paris but the room is not suitable for any guests. The only thing i like about this hotel was staffs were friendly. I wouldn't recommend double bed suite to anyone.
