Enjoy a Sunny balcony, near a park. Cosy newly renovated appartment, in a quiet and tree-lined area. The area of La Plaine St Denis is very secure, you can take the RER at night Very center of Paris is only 15mn away. PARKING, wifi. The apartment is idealy situated near a metro station to get to Paris within 15'. You can park your car in a secure underground parking. You have all the flat for you and your familiy. You can call me anytime I live across the street, and you can get fast answers through Airbnb messenger. We are located in a calm and secure area, surrounded by a 1ha park. The supermarket is open untill 10PM everyday (except SUNDAYS) and the pharmacy is near the metro station. Autoroutes A1 et A86. CDG Airport : 25mn by car, 60’ by train. The nearest train station will take you to Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys) in 8’, Les Halles (15’), L’Opéra & les grands magasins (20’), les Champs Elysées (25’), Les Halles (15’), Montmartre (25’), Le Louvre (25’), Eiffel Tower (50’)... plus 5’ walk to reach the station from the apartment.

3 bedroom apartment in convenient location
3 bedrooms with 1 toilet. I shower and basin in one bedroom. 1 separate bathroom of shower and basin only. One toilet is quite a push for 8 people. Other than that a convenient place to be for the rugby world cup

Paris flat
Our host, Adrien, is wonderful. He will respond to your messages immediately. The apt is well kept and close to 2 metro stops. I recommend that you walk around the neighborhood. It is quiet and safe to walk at any hour, and you have the convenience of several shops close to the apartment.

Lovely big apartment
The overall description on the website of the apartment was totally accurate. Its a lovely big 3 bedroom apartment with fully self contained kitchen and a washer/dryer. It's a short walk from the train station and you go past a supermarket on the way which is very handy. Adrien is very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely stay there again - plenty of room for everyone

Family vacation
The 6 of us enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very clean, bright and spacious. Although there were no dressers in the bed rooms, the rooms are large and some have a closet and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very functional, having all the necessities. We liked having a dish washer and a good clothes washer. The location is fine and close to the train station, which makes going to Paris or the airport very easy. There is a super market, a pharmacy and several bakeries near by. It is a nice place for a family visiting Paris

Great stay in Paris!
My family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children) enjoyed our stay in this great apartment in Saint-Denis. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very nice. It was safe, secure, and quiet. Several transportation options in the neighborhood (bus, RER, metro) that are a safe walk day or night and a fast trip to the center of Paris or the CDG airport. There are also at least 5 bakeries in walking distance. I would stay here again for sure!

Perfect apartment for family vacation in Paris
This apartment was the perfect size for my family of 3 visiting Paris. It is about 20 minutes north of central Paris but a short walk to train and metro stations.

Everything was perfect
The house is exactly like the photos. The check-in was pretty easy and the communication with the owner was very good, couldn’t ask for a better experience. There was many tools for cooking and many towels as well. The house was very clean. Totally recommend it.

- schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung - Dank guter Fenster sehr ruhig, Balkon geht leider direkt zur Straße - trotz Zone 2 sehr schnelle Anbindung ans Zentrum mit Öffis - Bäcker & Supermarkt in direkter Laufnähe

Geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter RER Anbindung
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Groß, hell, perfekt nah an RER und Supermarkt. Leider gab es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser und die Kopfkissen müssten dringend gereinigt oder erneuert werden. Auch war die Bettwäsche teilweise nicht ganz sauber aber wir haben frische Wäsche gefunden und sie einfach gewechselt. Wir waren 5 Personen. Platz gab es wirklich genug. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und einen Wasch/Trockner . Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.....
