Overall, a really great property and everything we needed. Staff were very pleasant. The rooms are quite small, which for a solo stay or short term stay with minimal luggage, no big deal

What can I say. I stayed at a Citizen in London and wow! This place is great, staff was all smiles, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the room very clean and quiet, nice restaurant, too! Train station 3 min walk, restaurants, stores, the river and just easily accessible to just about anywhere.

I booked for two nights and left Toronto Canada to fly to Paris and stay 2 nights. I wasn't aware that I lost the first day in the air travelling so once I landed and realised I went to the hotel to use the 2nd night as my first. Got ripped off $110euro for taxi only to find out that because I was a no show for the first night they cancelled both nights and re-let the room to another person. So I'm standing in Paris, no accommodation and 2nights paid in full and non refundable apparently as well as exuberant taxi fair! Over $650 euros out of pocket and for what??? No call or email or anything!!! I will NEVER USE THIS HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN OR EXPEDIA!!! ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO SOLUTIONS TO ANY PROBLEMS!!

Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A very modern theme from the lobby to the lifts to the rooms. The room itself was nicely sized. A little bit odd with the layout of shower and toilet but it worked fine and was all very clean. The staff was always quick to help or answer questions.

Good location for Gare du Lyon. One night stop on the way to Lyon so it suited my purpose. Modern self check in with friendly staff to assist. The room is very compact for two, lucky we are compact as well! The bathroom lacks privacy and would be a challenge for an average sized person to move around in

It was great, especially the staff but just was not our style. When we pay good $$ we expect a front desk and a room with a bed that we can walk around. And dinning that has a few options. Just not for us but in closing, it’s done well.
