Olympics sign falling down. Food service closed. Smell in hallway on 3rd floor. Helpful fellow at front desk who called for our taxi. No washcloths, shampoo, rinse, or smaller towels. Comfortable, clean beds. Biggest problem: realized immediately when I booked it, I reserved for nearness to wrong airport but cancellation or transfer was denied, necessitating long, expensive trip to other airport.

Nice it is closer to Orly airport but the staff is not friendly especially the morning shift, shuttle bus is useless need to ride in Uber as there is no slot available for 4:30 am so we won’t miss our flight to Italy today. Door is not working needs battery, crew needs to open it manually.
