Best option for an apartment hotel in Paris
Great apartment hotel. The staff are excellent- friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size for Paris standards and value is brilliant. I’ve been to Paris about 15 times and this is the best option we’ve found in terms of quality and price when needing extra space with a young child. Only downside is the area isn’t ideal for kids, but if they are very young, it’s totally fine.

The location of the property was great, a walk into central Paris, good access to Montmartre and restaurants away from the tourist places. The apartment was OK, very tired, Staff were excellent. The bathroom however was disaster - leaking water sprays under the sink (which you could tell they tried to repair) and the layout of the shower is a safety issue because the whole bathroom was we and slippery after the smallest of showers. Really let the total experience down

Where to begin? Amazing boutique Apartment hotel. Quintessential Paris for the room decor. We had a 1bd 1 ba with a kitchen. Perfect for the 3 of us. Fabio our main front desk contact. Fabio was more of a Concierge. He is a wealth of knowledge! Not spending time to talk with Fabio is a mistake. My wife, Mom and myself loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the the Metro stop, restaurants, shops, and bakeries everywhere! Monoprix is across the street and is a great store for groceries and sundries. I didn't have any issues with area, some more conservative people may be concerned with some of the store fronts/businesses on the street though. The area was very clean and bustling! 5 stars for Fabio and the staff at the BeYou!!!

Excellent deal with big spacious rooms with sofa and kitchen. Very accessible location as a Blance Station is a 2 minute walk. Hotel staff Jorjie kindly placed our luggage in our room as our room became available. Hotel staff Fabio's excellent service and information to guests made our stay so comfortable and easy.

The property was well placed and convenient for exploring the city. Sadly, however, the rooms were not clean, the bedding was stained and marked, the standard of utilities provided were poor, and the premises consistently smelled very, very strongly of marijuana. We were served by two separate concierges, one was pleasant, courteous and professional, the other (elder, morning through to evening shift), was rude, dismissive and tried to aggressively sell us "experiences" that we were not interested in. Unfortunately, this service soured our experience.

Easy access to city and sights!
The location in Moulin Rouge area is not great for families but the hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and efficient. We were there for the Olympics so the metro across the street was very handy. Also, we were within a 15 minute walk to Sacre Couer. The church is beautiful and situated in the Montmarte district. There were lots of restaurants to choose from too.

If you are going with the family, this is not the place you want to stay hundreds of sex toy shops I killed 2 cockroaches in the hotel smells bad in the room going with the kids, not ideal hotel

Nice hotel, maybe not for families.
This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice as well, and it’s really close to The Moulin Rouge. Really close. That being said, if you’re taking your kids, know that there are approximately 1000 sex shops on this street. If your kids are older it’s probably fine, but prepare yourselves for some odd conversations if not.

The property is very unique. For Paris, the room was spacious. It wasn't the cleanest but not terrible either. The lobby and hotel in general has a bit of a musty smell to it. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice to return to but I would book again if other options were not available. The bed was comfortable and they supplied at least 2 pillows per person which was nice.
