When we arrived the hotel is have refurbishment the staff greeted us well the problem was the builders are all over the hotel and staff moved us but things haven’t been finished in the rooms and we didn’t get room with balcony the breakfast wasn’t that good because it’s a temporary kitchen and thing where running out quickly the hole hotel and area in saint ouen is getting dug up for the Olympic and I was a nightmare for my mum how is disabled if we had know this was happening we would have pick a different hotel for are stay

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located close to a metro station, and a short walk to numerous restaurants (the nearby pizzeria is a must), stores, and pharmacies.

Great hotel
Great hotel to stay in. My husband and I stayed here for the whole weekend and we are more than satisfied. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Hotel is about a 5 min walk to the metro station. We had the double room with a balcony and we were comfortable! Great shower pressure too. We recommend this room to everyone who goes to Paris!

Just an OK hotel
Hotel was good for the money but probably wouldn't stay there again. Minimalist is the best way to describe it. Negatives: 1. The room was very small. 2. The shower was very small. As a normal sized American we had trouble turning in the shower without hitting knobs. 3. The bathroom constantly smelled of smoke. The smoke seemed to have come from the vent. 4. We booked a room with a view of Paris but didn't get one. 5. While we were there in November the weather was warm and the room was warm. There was no way to turn on anything to cool the room. Positives: 1. The breakfast was great, worth the extra cost. 2. The room seemed appropriate for the cost. 3. Close to subway, couple blocks. 4. The gentleman at the desk, originally from Connecticut, was extremely helpful and generous with his time.

Affordable but not walking distance to Paris
The staff was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate. The room was small but comfortable and clean. They didn't have a coffee pot but I don't think France is like the States when it comes to coffee.

For short stay in Paris, choose different location
It is almost a hostel but with private rooms. I liked breakfast and shower. I didn't like the location and how extremely toward cost savings is the hotel. Even the scale is 12 seconds per two Euros !!

Cozy and Quiet Area
The staff was very friendly. The area was pretty quiet and close to the metro and bus stops. A popular street market is walking distance from the hotel, I can't remember the name of it on top of my head at the moment. The only con about the hotel was the WIFI speed.

it was a clean hotel. 10minute walk from the metro but the environment seems dark at night. I was reprimanded for heating food in the microwave. I was told that it was only for baby’s formula. But the instructions were in French. If they wish their instructions to be followed please put it in english

Not worth it....
The hotel wifi is non existent. Don't bother asking because it doesn't work. The hallways smell like urine or chemical cleaner. There's a deposit for everything, including a hairdryer. It does not come with the room. The location isn't really ideal if you're trying to sight see. The neighborhood is not very nice and the local cafes are a bit of a walk, not around the corner. The staff is okay. Only the gentleman that checked me in was friendly and of service. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. It's not worth the money. Pay a little more and stay at a nicer place in Paris.
