Everything was a chaos, arrived at the place and looked like a place for inmigrants refugees. The water super hot. They rent the towels. I leave the place same day

Loads of people loitering inside and outside - people leaving garbage out on both sides of the property (on the areas that are supposed to clean park like), except for one English speaking gentleman, staff mostly quite rude - especially in the dining hall. Room clean, but problems with cleaning of bathroom. Water fill up fountains not working, luggage room door left open for long intervals with people going in an out.

If you can afford to stay elsewhere, you should
Many broken things (our sink did not work, coffee and juice machines out of order, shower curtain broken). Though we booked a room with an attached WC, we did not get that. Our WC was just outside the room (which is fine) but was right next to the stairs and used for all kinds of loud and creative experiences during the night. We have stayed in 4 HI hostels this week so we knew what we were getting into. We enjoyed the neighborhood which was very international and lively during the evening and close to a metro stop. The breakfast was very tasty and they allowed us to eat outside food in the common area. Push button showers were interesting. They put the sheets on our beds which was a real plus! We splurged for towels and we’re happy we did.

Excellent service. Customer-friendly staff. Interesting building, spacious rooms, comfortable, clean, quiet. Good breakfast to kick start the day. Quite interesting to see more older people, as opposed to the regular younger people at hostels.

Lots of homeless people around the hostel at night. If you book a room with bathroom, you do not have your own toilet inside the room (just sink and shower)

Local agradável e limpo.
O hostel é bem bonito, bastante limpo e organizado. O café da manhã excelente. Crossaint quentinho, queijo brie, café, suco. A grande questão é a localização. Não recomendo para mulher sozinha. Tive que pegar uber para os metros pq fiquei com medo. Mas para casal é excelente.
