Loved the property. Two of us stayed at a one bedroom apartment, it is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen and bathroom is nicely decorated and very functional. The best thing about this property is the location, one block away from Louvre, the Seine, and transportation. It is beautiful and very safe. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. I already want to go back!

Absolutely prime location. We heard some revelers in the middle of the night passing through but other than that this was an A experience. Lovely little studio with everything you could possibly need for two people. Nice view looking out on Rue Rivoli. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable studio apartment just blocks from The Louvre and many wonderful restaurants on both sides of The Seine River. The bed was great but a little too soft for my husband. We can never agree on the bed!

For context, this was my 10th visit to Paris in the past 20 years and I’ve stayed in different parts of central Paris. For a first time visitor this is an ideal location because it’s close to Quartier Latin, the Louvre, d’Orsay, Marais, the metro, etc. Paris is expensive and everything is old. So for its price these apartments are nice considering it’s location, size, newer bathroom and plumbing. The one downside for us was the location of our unit which was right underneath the IKEA store which meant constant delivery truck noise from 6-8 am every morning. But overall a good experience.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable for our multi generational family of 6. Elevator in building was great. Building was super quiet, check in was easy and free storage lockers for bags were convenient. The neighborhood is fantastic, easy walk to parks, shopping, museums, metro, Ile de la Cite, etc. Lovely cafes and restaurants in neighborhood. Perfect for our brief stay in the city.

Had a great experience. The apartment was so comfortable as it was so nice to have some conveniences that you don’t always have, like AC, two bathrooms and a washer. We had plenty of space for our family of three. We only stayed two nights because we were headed to Normandy, but I would definitely pick this hotel again if I am in Paris again.

The apartment is well designed and laid out for the space and had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing just 5 mins walk to the Louvre and metro stations. Loads of restaurants, bakeries and shops close by. It felt a safe area even late at night. The room was quiet. We would happily stay here again.
