It was fine for the $50 cad/night. Clean. The staff was friendly, there was a breakfast. Location was good and central. It is a noisy building that was the only drawback

Muito boa.
Excelente custo beneficio. A pousada é muito bem localizada e a decoração e estrutura são de muito bom gosto. Creio que o chuveiro pode melhorar e a cama de casal também acho que pode ter uma atenção a mais, não sei se foi a do meu quarto que achei um pouco dura, mas isso pode ser questão de gosto. No geral, a Pousasa atende as expectativas e eu voltaria.

A experiência foi boa. O quarto é simples mas tudo limpo e organizado. Não tinha cheiro de mofo, que é algo importante pra mim. O Café da manhã estava bem servido! Otima recepção, boa localização. Atendeu plenamente a nosso desejo de conhecer Paraty.

Gostei bastante, mas Café da manhã mto simples.
Gostei bastante, o valor compensou para uma diaria, o quarto estava limpinho e arrumado, o ar condicionado, tv e frigobar funcionando, chuveáiro quente, toalhas e roupa de cama limpas. O lugar é de fácil acesso ao centro historico e praias. Só achamos que o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Muito básico, poderiam incrementar mais ítens ao cardápio; mas no geral valeu muito a pena. Obrigada pela atenção, otima noite!

Adorei a estadia, localização privilegiada próximo a tudo, 15 minutos caminhando até a rodoviária, menos de 5 minutos do centro, café da manhã bem básico mas tudo fresquinho e saboroso. É uma pousada muito bem avaliada com todos os méritos!

Precisam melhorar bastante
A primeira impressão é sempre a que fica: chegamos na pousada e fomos atendimentos por uma recepcionista, chegamos no quarto e a Tv não estava pegando canal nenhum, falamos com a recepcionista e ela disse que não sabia resolver, perguntamos se teria alguém que poderia resolver ou ajudar a solucionar o problema, ela disse que o gerente estava de folga e que iria mandar uma mensagem pra ele. Não adiantou de nada! Quando foi mais tarde, já de noite, quando fomos tomar banho pra sair e aproveitar a noite, advinha ? Não tinha água nenhuma no nosso quarto e mais uma vez não tinha ninguém que pudesse resolver ou solucionar o problema. Fomos até a recepção reclamar e a recepcionista simplesmente não tinha como ligar pro gerente. Um absurdo! Pegamos o número de telefone do gerente pra ligar p ele , mas também não deu em nada porque o telefone nem chamava, enfim só estresse. Conseguiram um encanador pra resolver o problema quase as 21h A Tv do Quarta não era Smart, não tinha acesso a streamings (Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc) Os recepcionistas também não sabiam como conectar a Tv à Internet ! Enfim, Precisam melhorar bastante para proporcionar uma experiência excelente!
