Great pousada in the center of Paraty, simple. But if you are going to spend most of time outside, this pousada is great.

The pousada is well located, free WiFi, breakfast and parking. However, the bathroom needs a revamp. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location, but dark, rundown room
This hotel is close to the bus station and to the historic center, and the air conditioner worked very well. But overall it was very unpleasant: the room was tiny with an even tinier window, there was one (very dim) light, and the furniture was very old. The hotel looks much nicer from the outside than it is inside. I thought it was wildly overpriced.

Double-charged for room. Beware
I stayed in the hotel for two nights, paying one night as a deposit. Upon arrival, the hotel demanded payment for both nights. As my Portuguese was as bad as the receptionist's English, and I had no proof I had paid ready to hand, I was forced to pay up. The roof itself had a lot of mold on the ceiling and the wifi was only available at the lobby - it's range must be about 20 yards max. The pool was fine and the location central.

A pousada tem uma excelente localização e um estacionamento próprio muito espaçoso e de fácil acesso para os quartos. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem diversificado, inclusive com várias opções de sobremesa. A cama é muito boa e diariamente fizeram a limpeza do nosso quarto. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foram as condições do banheiro, o qual está bem desgastado. Um detalhe é que como fizemos a reserva pelo Hotéis.com não tivemos direito a um passeio de cortesia. Se tivemos feito a reserva direto com o hotel, teríamos ganho e economizado 200 reais. O valor da diária era o mesmo e ainda não tinham as taxas.

Precisa reparar alguns detalhes
Precisa melhorar a recepção, onde no checkin o atendente pelo menos deve se oferecer para ajudar com as malas; quando o hóspede solicitar algo, ser mais receptivo e com boa vontade. Na suíte, o Box do banheiro nunca viu um produto de limpeza, o azulejo e a porta estão engordurados e com crostas de sujeira; precisa de um suporte para colocar sabonete; precisa consertar o choque elétrico que está dando no registro do chuveiro e não fazer gambiarra com um monte de fita isolante; o banheiro necessita de ganchos para pendurar roupas; o ar condicionado é de janela e não possui controle, além de estar ultrapassado para as questões ambientais, faz muito barulho. A estrutura da pousada é excelente, mas precisa de manutenção de qualidade; localização perfeita; excelente estacionamento e piscina; o café da manhã também é excelente com bastante variedade e tudo de boa qualidade. As críticas entenda como construtiva, principalmente a questão de limpeza, higiene, isso é fundamental, pois, a pousada pode estar caindo, mas a limpeza tem que ser 100%, afinal, a rotatividade de pessoas é muito grande.

Viajei com esposa e filha. A pousada é muito mal conservada, precisa de reforma urgente, os Condicionadores de Ar, todos de Janela, muito barulhentos, vazando água, TV só pega alguns poucos canais, Internet péssima, Wi Fi (não tem) porta e janela de madeira, não fecham direito, permitindo a entrada de luz solar quando está amanhecendo, Banheiro muito pequeno, Café da manhã muito fraco, tem que ficar pedindo para reporem os alimentos, pouco funcionários na cozinha, demoravam muito para limpar as mesas, quando não a gente mesmo limpava, por causa da demora. Estacionamento não comporta a quantidade de carros, muito mal organizado. Pela localização privilegiada, no Centro. Eles tinham que investir mais na Infra estrutura do local, só ganhar dinheiro e não investir, deixa de ser empreendedorismo. Por foto, é tudo lindo, mais presencialmente deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo essa Pousada pra ninguém. Com certeza voltarei a Paraty, mais ficaremos em outra Hospedagem.
