Open plan living, dining and large balcony on the top floor. First floor has 4 spacious, sun filled double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and one with full ensuite. All bedrooms have comfy queen beds with luxury linen. Also the main bathroom is on this floor. The ground floor has a grand entrance and large bedroom, with doors opening out to a courtyard, and full ensuite. An elevator and staircase connects all 3 floors. Kitchen has brand new appliances, including dishwasher, coffee machine, soda stream, video intercom and heat pump. Large 8 seater Carrera marble dining table, and super comfortable designer corner lounge suite. Large stone benchtop with bar stools makes for great entertaining. Located in the heart of Paraparaumu Beach, with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries wine tasting and takeaways. A skate park at the end of the road, and Kapiti's Saturday markets is literally on the doorstep. A reformer pilates studio in the complex.
