Dear Ms Anita, It saddens me to learn about your experience after check-out. From the moment you walk into our business it is our responsibility to give you the best possible experience and deliver what we promised. I do wish that you would have given us the chance to improve during your stay. Our hotel has very competitive pricing and our rates start from USD 57,- depending on the season and availability. We are actually one of the cheapest hotels in our city with comparable standards and services. All our cheaper rooms were fully booked, that is the reason you chose for our premium (family 4+) room, which indeed has a higher rate. Your room also featured Premium bedding. On the premises there are 2 terraces, of which the rooftop terrace was in maintenance partly during your stay. In the evening the terrace was accessible for guests. I am sorry this information did not reach you. I do hope you can still provide us with specific feedback what you wished to eat for breakfast. We serve (healthy) cakes, fresh fruits, various variety of (free range, antibiotics free) eggs and pancakes and much more.
