This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in Protaras, close to the main strip, beaches and amenities. This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.
As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool and garden area.
There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom is also on this floor with a bath tub, overhead shower and WC.
Outside, features a large private pool and spacious garden area with barbecue, sunloungers and shaded dining area, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer.
Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Brilliant week’s stay
We had a great week at this villa. We were a group of 5 and the villa was roomy, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed in the house and having some milk, tea, bread and jam in the fridge for breakfast was a lovely touch, especially as we arrived late at night.
The villa was not overlooked by other properties and the location was great. It was in a slightly quieter location which we preferred, but there was a shop next door and a friendly pub about 5 minutes walk away. 5 minutes further were plenty of restaurants , bars and shops. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away. There is also a Lidl about 20 mins walk from the Villa.
It was a perfect place for a relaxing stay with the option of nights in or to venture out for an evening out. We would recommend :)
