With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home.

Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.



I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Plan just a little getaway was very pleasantly surprised that the property was located on the edge of town near some absolutely beautiful views. The room was just perfect in size and spotless. The property was so quiet. It was very enjoyable to stay here.

Weekend in Paradise
I came up to run and volunteer at a local trail race. I had never been in that area before. I was so pleased with how quiet and peaceful everything was. The space was perfect - the air conditioning was much needed and wonderful, the bed was cozy, the shower was great and I loved having access to a coffee maker and fridge! Great place and weekend!
