This fabulous spacious penthouse apartment is situated in the desirable Queens Gardens complex just off the Tomb of the Kings Road in Kato Paphos and only 20 minutes drive from Paphos International airport. The property is in a perfect location for everything; easy access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets and the highly fashionable Kings Avenue Mall. The beach and harbour all within easy walking distance (approx. 10-15 minutes).

The accommodation at Regina Court Penthouse is spacious, elegant and fully furnished to a high standard. The large open plan design includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and a comfy lounge area with Android TV and a DVD with patio doors and balcony access.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors leading onto balcony area overlooking the Queens Gardens private gardens, along with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub & shower over. The second bedroom features two 3ft wide twin beds with patio doors leading out onto a separate balcony area. Both bedrooms have ample storage space, air conditioning units and ceiling fans.

There is a full-sized family bathroom directly outside the 2nd bedroom.

Internal stairs* leads a superb 145sq metre roof terrace and private **Jacuzzi offering plenty of room to relax, enjoy the Cyprus weather and fabulous sea views. There is an attractive pergola which provides a covered area for dining, traditional charcoal BBQ & outdoor sink. The Roof Terrace is equipped with patio table and chairs and sun-loungers.

* the internal staircase which leads to the roof terrace may hinder people with limited mobility.

The Queens Gardens complex has a private swimming pool and attractive complex central gardens for guests / owners to to enjoy.

The apartment is accessed by lift or by stairs and also has its own designated parking in the underground car park.

Please note that the large roof terrace is accessed by one flight of stairs. to be considered by those guests with small children and mobility issues

The apartment was ideal for 2 couples with a fantastic private roof terrace that had a Jacuzzi and BBQ. Great area with shops,bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Next time in Cyprus the first I'll do is look to book this lovely apartment.
