The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. The kitchen needs a microwave instead of a big oven. The swimming pool is good size, clean ...very cool. Staffs are caring always with a smile, quickly response to our needs. We used the Dhana spa : warm, clean, relaxing. Our family likes the hotel, we will comeback.

This hotel was so dark in the interior that I had difficulty finding my room. The breakfast was meager and ridiculously expensive -$35 for the continental breakfast and $45 for the full buffet. Too expensive even if the items had been full but many platters were empty and not re-filled. The wooden deck around the pool needed repair; many nails sticking up. The area outside the hotel was quite rough with broken sidewalks and poor lighting.

No hot water, elevator not working. There is no such thing as a seaside room. Front desk could careless about any major concerns. Roaches in main bathroom . No one watching your storage luggage. Upon claiming I could have taken any/ not tagged. No wake up call/ almost missed flight. No AC working. Hotel stated their only a 2 star and Expedia is false advertising. Horrible place. No safe in your room. only 1 plug at 220 in an entire suite. I could go on and on

Reasonable place to stay in Papete However, I would minimize my time in this town as it’s a busy place. The room looks like it had a kitchen, but it really just had a refrigerator and a kettle for coffee with lots of empty room in the cabinets. Minimal kitchen supplies. No sharp knives, corkscrew, no Stover or microwave.

No water in the room ! Was told to go to the gas station next door. No power adapters, was told to go to the gas station next door. Checked in at night and absolutely no lighting to find my was. Was told told buy a flashlight at the gas station next door.

Amazing reception area but that’s about it. Very dark everywhere; the lighting in the bath room was super dark, I couldn’t even shave! Girls, forget about doing a make up. I know the electricity prices are up but seriously?!?? Extremely loud, you can hear the traffic outside and the people talking normally in the room nextdoor. Didn’t get the clean towels the next day; when we called we were told we have to wait until 8am. The hotel seemed very busy, the pool bar was closed the whole day, so was the spa reception. It’s okay to stay for one night if you have a flight/boat out the next day but don’t stay for any longer.

Great hotel to start or end your trip.
Great location. Close to the airport, ferry, and the market. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped gym and nice pool. They are willing to store your luggage after check out if needed.

Nice hotel, can walk everywhere, can walk to ferry station Many restaurants within 5 minutes My only issue is with the room AC, it was pretty warm in my room. Kept waking up middle of the night. The rooms are very nice and quite spacious.
