Coach in the property has seen better days but everything else was functioning. Sheets in the bed had a stain. Washed but maybe just didn't get it out. 10 am checkout a bit early for a family, but made do. Would definitely go again kids loved it.

enjoyed our stay in this very clean, well stocked and comfortable condo. Note: the kitchenware is excellent! It has a good location across street from General Store, close in to pool and gondola lift. Parking was excellent too.

Parking was a huge issue. Sofa bed might be time to replace. Our kids complained about back pain. Other than that everything else was very well provided for. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. CCI at Panorama didnt always have answers and looked confused at some questions but was friendly non the less. Overall great stay.

The instructions how to check in is missing. Therefore we used quite a bit of time to figure out by ourselves. We tried to call the phone number provided on the website when we were on site but always NO ONE ANSWERED. I guess everything is centralized now but not clear information about it. So very confusing. Otherwise rooms are huge for our family, location is great. It’s not very fancy, but acceptable. It’s just average 3 stars hotel. Very basic and low quality soaps and shampoo and no conditioner!! No A/C in a 34c room is very hot. Luckily they do provide fans for each room. Full equipped kitchen and BBQ on the unit is wonderful. Friendly staff but slow service! Very disappointed the mountain coaster is not even open when we

What a gong show. I will never stay there ever again. I called and left messages for a play pen for my 2 year old. Then called and called finally getting a hold of someone making sure I’d have a playpen/crib in the room and was promised one. When I arrived late because check in starts at like 5 closes at mid night, I was sent to a room that was torn literally torn apart with electrical exposed, not clean and no playpen. Went and told front desk who tried to find me another room but their system wasn’t able to make keys because it was backing up and then crashed. Security let us into the room but didn’t have any idea where to go or what was going on and my little one had puked all over himself because he had gotten car sick from the windy roads(not their fault but we just wanted to bath him and the car set immediately but the room hassle was making it all worse. Finally into a proper room and front desk and was called saying they would get the keys to me when they could and how long we would be up for so security could bring them when ready. It was decided that because no one knew when the system would make keys security would bring them and place under our outside door mat and NOT knock at all because I was trying to get the baby down to sleep. Got the baby to sleep and security later showed up knocking and knocking until just leaving the keys under the mat like previously decided. Like what the hell was going on between front seat and security?

Stayed for 3 nights, first night parking was hard to find, Easy access to Toby chairlift and easy walk to one of yhe hot tubs. Wish there was a tv in the bedroom, maybe some games or cards would be a nice touch.
