100000000/10 Traveled with my boyfriend for our birthdays. We originally booked the Marvelous Suite but was upgraded (complimentary) to the WOW Suite and we were definitely WOW’d! The views from the room were AMAZING! The size of the suite was great (2 bathrooms & an enormous walk in closet). The staff also gave us complimentary drinks due to us having to wait for our suite to be prepared at checkin. The staff treated us like royalty our whole entire stay! The drivers who are always available in the front of the property made it soooooo easy to get around Panamá (at very reasonable prices might I add). They also treated us like VIP guest! I will never stay at a different property anytime I visit Panama. The W is the same only place for me! It’s conveniently located to literally everything! Some things are even walking distance! I will definitely be returning!

Don’t get a room over the pool if you need to get to sleep early. We were up at 3:45 AM for our flight so tired by 9:45 PM and needed to get up early for planned excursion the next day. Nothing could be done and hours later the party continued in the room next to ours.
