We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Florida . Spring suite hotel . From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering a true sense of relaxation. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet time. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the dining options, which exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florida

First time at PCB and we enjoyed ourselves! This Marriott property has great staff and service. The property overall was good. I would recommend cleaning the carpets in the room regularly but it was doable.

Service was not great. Staff seemed to have the attitude we were lucky to be there - especially after finding out we booked through a third party. Overall unimpressive . That section of PCB pretty much closed down after November 01. Just thought we would try a different location, add to our options. Won't stay there again. Not a bad price for the stay, on site amenities could be a bit priceier than you would expect- even from a hotel. Room was nice, except view was horrible.

Hotel was clean, smelled good upon entering. In the room the beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy. Beach was beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast in the morning and the daytime staff (other than the front desk clerk who was very pleasant). They were not very friendly and seemed like we were in their way of closing up the breakfast area even though it was still only 9:00. The breakfast items tasted old and not fresh. Also at check-in, there was a live performer right by the check in desk which made it incredibly hard to hear anything and all we wanted after a long day of traveling was to get our room. I would suggest moving the live music to the other end of the lobby.
