The room was nice & BIG but a bit perplexing. There’s a microwave & a fridge but no coffee maker. The shower had no hot water at all. There’s no remote for the AC and it’s mounted high so reading controls was tricky on top of inconvenient. The TV came on at 6 AM without a reason. No one was near the remote. The WIFI was terrible & cut out several times. I ended up using my Tigo phone service. Lastly the pilllows were awful. There’s several small pillows & all bothered my neck, keeping me up through the night. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is just missing several things.

The property is undergoing some construction either in this hotel or next door as the heavy pounding of concrete work was loud during the day. While the hotel is quite clean, the air conditioning units are quite old, and I had to switch rooms due a unit shutting itself off. If you are trying to rest during the day, it simply was not possible.

All staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were pleasant and changed bedding every day. The area has coffee & local craft beer and cool liquor store on the corner. Great air conditioning that's the one bonus you need in that city.

I always stay at this great place whenever in the city. The neighborhood is walkable with great restaurants and a park Always clean and staff is friendly. Highly recommend.
