I felt Safe
Very classy, friendly staff; very clean. The free breakfast was acceptable. Water was room temperature and I enjoy ice water. Housekeeping was wonderful!

Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the location is walkable to shopping, restaurants and a small park. Small pool is rooftop. I would stay here again.

The staff was indifferent. I was never made to feel welcome. I hired a massage therapist and they wouldn’t let the person up to my room unless I paid an extra $20. They claimed that it was in the fine print when I checked in, but they were well aware that I didn’t speak Spanish when I checked in and no one explained it to me. The lady at the desk was rude and spoke ill of me to the therapist when I went up to get the money. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could do so tomorrow. The next day, the manager was not there The day after that the manager was not there, and I checked out.

A very nice stay. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable. Food, bars, everything so close. The internet was spotty. The pool dated and a bit dark. But if that’s not an issue, it’s a pleasant experience. I would stay again!
