HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VACATION STAY

• Deposit - First payment to reserve the condo. Balance due 30 days prior to your vacation stay.

• Housekeeping - Is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Tax - 13.50% Florida taxes is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Resort Fee – There is a one time $35 Resort Fee which the Resort requires you pay at the registration desk to receive your parking pass and arm bands.

• Check In/Out - Check in is after 4:00 pm. Check out is promptly at 10:00 am

• Pets – Sorry Pets not allowed. This is the resorts rule we need to follow.

• Age Requirement - The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.

Lovely unit

Unit was well kept and nice. One of the better priced units i found and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness. As expected you can tell its been lived in but is well kept considering. Bed was comfortable, unit was clean, location in complex was great. Its a good unit to stay in. There were minor issues with a sink and washing machine but nothing that detailed our visit. Owner is very responsive and im sure issues have been resolved. We did not report them until after our stay because we didnt need care to have repairs made during our stay. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay there. The check in process was quick and easy. The owner sent the information out well in advance and it was clear and concise. There were enough of the basics for 2 people for a 5 day stay (although make sure you bring your own spices, sugar/sweetener, and cooking spray) if you plan to do any cooking. The unit was as described. A couple of the chairs and rug in the living room were very dirty and cleared t been cleaned in a while. Also, the housekeepers missed cleaning behind the bathroom doors. Other than that, the unit was clean. Great location a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to it. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay.

50th Birthday

This is a cute little place. Just the right size for a family with up to 4 kids. Beautiful view. There was a couple of maintenance things that i noticed but nothing that affected our stay. Just things that housekeeping probably failed to mention to the owner. Like a toilet handle sticking. I would still stay here agin in the future with out a bount.

Overall the stay at this location was great! The host responded in a timely manner. The location is excellent! The unit is well furnished and comfortable. Would recommend updating the tv to a smart TV. The description of the amenities needs to be updated - the arcade is no longer there.

Have stayed at Splash resort several times and always enjoyable for the little ones. Great location. Condo was kind of sparse as far as supplies (dishes, etc) but overall comfortable and clean. Needs some minor sprucing up.

Overall the condo was a good place to stay. We had a small issue with the toilet and the property owner sent someone out immediately and fixed the issue. It was slightly smaller than I imagined, but that was an error on my part. No issues whatsoever and very happy with the stay.

Summer Vacation

Room was clean. Check in was fine but at 4 my room was still being cleaned. This same situation happened when I came to Spash last fall under a different host so not sure what’s up with that…Elevator wait was not bad compared to other resorts I have stayed at in Panama City beach during busy summer weeks. Traffic was pretty rough getting to restaurants. Beach was crowded due to summer crowds and doubling as a public beach access but that was to be expected. Our drain plug was broken off in the bathtub so I had to use a wash cloth to give my toddler a bath. I did let the host know. We couldn’t find a drain plug for the kitchen sink at all. That wouldn’t be a big deal normally but we had to wash baby bottles and needed to let them soak lol. Overall the room was nice, my toddler loved the water amenities.

Family beach trip

Ramesh was a great host. Our condo was super clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the only thing we would recommend that would be benifcal/ practical for families with children or even families without children would be some kind of plastic reusable plates/bowls/cups and a pizza cutter. Outside of that I have no complaints. We will definitely be booking again.
