This is not my first time staying at Las Americas Golden Towers 😃… And it won’t be my last. The hotel gives me a quality experience every time. It is a very conveniently located and just has this modern energetic vibe that I truly enjoy as someone who hardly goes out! The staff are super pleasant and customer service is 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back soon! 😉

I have stayed at this wonderful hotel several times. It seems that the quality may have dropped. On this occasion There were limited options available for breakfast. In the past had an omlette station which was closed and an expansive selection. The juice bar by pool was closed. It was very warm in the hallways and general areas not sure if the a/c was working. Not sure if it's because of slow season or transition. Hopefully it's not shutting down but it was a noticeable difference from prior stays. Overall good property and hidden jem. I would return. I just hope it returns to it's former glory and the level that we are accustomed too. As always staff service is always an A .

I want to give this hotel a better rating. I really do. Unfortunately, for two years in a row, I've had problems and this year things were worse. Let's start with the good. The rooms are large and modern. They're clean—when they've been cleaned. The front desk staff tries hard to do good by their customers, but they're often understaffed at key times, leaving them overwhelmed and having to deal with customers who are forced to wait 10, 15, 20 minutes or more to check in or out of the property. There's a lot of potential here, and after encountering issues last year—which the staff worked hard to accommodate—I decided to give this hotel a second chance. Unfortunately, what I saw last year seems less an anomaly and more how things work at this location. Both years, there was a problem with my first room. Last year the keys wouldn't open the door. This year, they didn't need to, because I arrived at the room to find the door open. When I stepped inside it was obvious from the smell that the room hadn't been cleaned. Each time the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a (supposedly) better room, which I appreciate. (In both cases, the room was on a higher floor but the floor plan was, as far as I could tell, the same.) And, coincidentally, I was given room 1901 both times. Unfortunatley, there's not enough space to detail the multiple issues I encountered. I will mention the awful service in the cafe, though. Decent food, but 90 minutes to get lunch/check is unacceptable.
