Was told we get our deposit back next day when we check out it’s been three days. Still haven’t got it back. I was told just now that it was 14 days that it could take to. We got a room that was a double room the air conditioning and one side of the room didn’t work. They gave us a fan, but we did say something and they gave us another room.

Overall, the entire facility is in very poor condition. It served my purpose as a place to sleep but it was very run down. I never got in the pool but from balcony I could see black running down the walls of it. Reminded me overall of when I was a poor college/high school student and this was all we could afford with no job.

It was the opposite of hospitable. The elevator did not seem safe. The property overall was in bad shape. Everything was dirty and uncared for - worn and old. The down light over the shower had no lens covering the bare bulb which is extremely unsafe. Needless to say we checked in and checked out the same evening.

The hotel staff was great people at first, but when I was overcharged over $1000 they acted like they couldn’t help me kept saying it will go back to my card. But it’s been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t.. also the room was full of roachs, I will never stay there again..

Hotel overcharged me once I got there and won’t make it right, They have a lot of roaches everywhere, we stayed on floor 7 and at least 3 rooms was complaining with that problem and not just little ones, big ones and alot of them. The Pool area is nasty (don’t look clean and pretty like the pictures on their website) and needs cleaned, the elevators has no air flow so it’s very hot in them and they take forever, our door kept getting stuck and it would take us several minutes to get in every time, the plug ins, in the living room wouldn’t work and we had a lamp in the bedroom that didn’t work. A lot more but this was the main stuff and i’m not the one to leave bad reviews but this one was the worst i ever stayed at and don’t want anyone else being overcharged for a horrible place.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. There is no updates made to the property. Rooms are in very bad shape and need some work need to be done. Water from the AC units drains in the front door walkway and in the balcony. Very inconvenient, dirty and nasty rooms. No enough towels for four people. They only have two towels in the room. Don’t recommend to anyone.
