Amazing customer service. We were helped by Courtney, at the front desk, she was super friendly. We asked her for a different room, since the one we were had just a little window. Courtney promptly assisted us. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and everything fresh. We will definitely return.

My experience overall was just ok and I will not be coming back to this hotel. Let me start off with the positives. The front desk manager was very friendly and helped resolve the issues we were having. When I checked in and got to my room the carpet was wet/damp. I requested a new room hut was told that was not possible and they sent maintenance up. Maintenance told me the carpets were cleaned a couple days before and they must of forgot to put fans to dry. Smelled gross like wet dog. This really put a damper on my trip. I booked this hotel mostly because it was dog friendly and i like the Hilton brand. After a few days we decided to end our trip early because of the room and the hotel then offered me a new room or to not charge me for the last night since we weren’t staying, which was nice. However they rescinded that offer since we weren’t leaving right at 11 for checkout. Even though we didn’t stay the last night and checked out around 3:30pm. The icing on the cake is that the hotel double charged me for the room. I booked through Expedia and paid in full. They also charged me for the full stay on my credit card upon check out. They have since corrected that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and dining room was very clean. The beach access was nice and the pool and restrooms were clean. The hallway to our room needed vacuuming. We were there for three night and a pile of sand stayed by a doorway the whole time.
