I LOVED the jacuzzi tub in my room. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean. My only 2 issues was the exit beside my room was hard to open at times and the TV wouldn't connect to the internet.

Well I chose to pay once I got to the property and we’ll that was not honored by you or them. They charged me one amount on Wednesday prior and the other on Friday. I did not appreciate that at all.

First room we got had green mold on the ceiling in two big places! They moved us to room 230 which had a few things that maintenance could take care of like the rusted shower curtain rod, the toilet barley flushed, and room could use a little more light!

Good stay for the money. Good location.
Shower curtain needs removed and washed, some damage to the door going to bedroom needs repaired, bed was hard. Good amount of space in the room. Hotel is in a safe location. Worth the money to me. Would stay there again.

Bathroom disgusting, paint chipping from the bathroom and bedroom. Pool nasty. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa. But the front desk clerks were nice.

A nice quite stay for romance
Hotel was as shown! The rooms were clean it had minor issues with maintenance but what hotel doesn't. Like tub drain lift needed two screws to hold it on the hot tub. And the maids need hair nets so while they are cleaning the room there hair doesn't fall and be left on the bathroom floor. We did see one roach in our room i killed it but it Florida so hey they are everywhere but i didn't see anymore. Overall it was a nice clean hotel from what i could tell from my room 101. The grounds were well kept.
