This hotel is in the Center of Casco Viejo. You can easily walk around this area. Front desk is very helpful and kind. Most of the staff spoke good English. The room was standard, but needed a comfortable chair to lounge .Beds were comfy. Coffee is the room did not have sugar or cream. You.had to special order these. Hotel food was okay,but not worth the price. Lots of really good,less expensive places close to hotel. Location and staff were wonderful!

Great place to stay!! Highly recommend. Staff was very accommodating and Premium Room was very comfortable and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Our room was on the Central Square and you can hear the church bell and sometimes music but earplugs can fix that.

We could not have asked for a better staff. They were the most polite, helpful, considerate and understanding folks. They actually treat everyone like royalty. Transportation was always readily available if needed, and dining and shopping was at your finger tip. My only draw back was the masseuse at the hotel spa, not very friendly and didn’t even say welcome or thank you. We also wanted something with a balcony, but we did not read up on it that family rooms did not have one, only for singles or couples. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.🤑💓👍

The staff was amazing and friendly they answered all my questions and if they didnt know they would find out, i would stay here over and over again. I felt safe, place was kept clean and the piano playing was an excellent highlight for me warm and cozy place to stay.

Great location in the centre of Panama's lovely old city. Walking into the hotel the impression is very positive as the entrance lobby has been well restored. However, the service is terrible and the rooms are not accurately represented on the web. We were put in a very small room in the middle of the redecoration of the hallways. This meant there were trip hazards everywhere and there was a horrible smell of paint. It took an hour to get the room changed. Housekeeping was very sloppy and the tour we booked through the hotel should have had an English speaking guide but he didn't really speak English. So beware booking this hotel or booking through the hotel.
