Everything was great. My room A/c went out and the guy at the desk shrugged me off and said I’ll be there in a few minutes. A few minutes go by and he’s knocking at my door with a brand new a/c unit. I enjoyed my stay at beachside.

We liked the location as it was away from alot of hustle and bustle and the beach was not crowded. The rooms were clean and had easy access to the beach thru a back door to the deck.The pool was well maintained as well as the sauna. The only problem was no free ice machine, no breakfast and loud music that went on too late.

First of all....Expedia charged $301 for two nights which i paid in advance for a private balcony room with kitchenette. Immediately after booking the reservation said ocean view with queen bed. No mention of kitchenette or balcony. Hotel price was $40 less than expedia which they are impossible to explain to. Was promised elevators, which there are NOT... no kitchenette. Balcony was a walkway in front of room, where everyone walks by. No cleaning staff unless you are leaving permanently. Staff didnt seem to care that they are lying to you about elevators & lack of balconies and such! Yes....elevators are a big deal when travelling with someone handicapped.

I been there several times staff is always friendly. Right on the beach love it. The room are okay I can tell they have made some updates. So I appreciate that. The price is the best compared to any other hotels on the beach. .

Room was clean & spacious with a great view once able to find the room (room numbers aren’t in order in that section). Awesome beach & swimming right there! Room wasn’t sound proof & fridge didn’t allow for freezing ice packs (only ice machine on property available is to purchase ice at $6.00 a bag) & bad decaying type odor at outdoor showers & bench area. Pool, hot tub, sun deck with great view of the sunset, entertainment with music, on-site restaurant & bar, free parking on site, WiFi, wonderful gentleman making sure all was great at check out, & clean bathrooms in office area, #88 public beach access path next to it.

I don’t even know where to start. Honestly this place is horrific. I mean… not just skipped a cleaning horrific…. Years of filth building up. Our socks turned black from walking on the floors. There is a thick layer of goo all over every single door, switch, and wall. I have multiple videos of the filth. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve stayed in a motel 6. The views are nice and the bed seemed clean. But otherwise the place is just not worth the discount.

Property is nice good location access to beach. However my room had mold in it. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the room smelt like it had been smoked in even though I’m a non smoker. It truly is a 2 star hotel

One night stay. Absolutely filthy. Blas mold all over shower head. On the shower walls as well. Water got on the floor. When we cleaned it up the towel when from white to brownish gray. Then there was the cockroach on the lamp. Slept with the lights on on top of sheets as we were scared of bedbugs and roaches coming out in the dark. Elevator spray painted on inside. Wish I could attach the pics
