Heated Pool & Hot Tub! Beautiful Oceanview 2 bedroom (king bedroom suites) with 2 attached baths (master with a garden tub) & Murphy Bed in the living room. Steps to the beach. Large covered balcony. Covered free parking. Carts/elevator make hauling in all your vacation supplies a breeze! If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful vacation look no further! This is it!

HEATED POOL (2nd floor Nov-April) with a fabulous Oceanview, HOT TUB, and SAUNA!

The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need when vacationing from a washer/dryer, iron, iron board, steamer, blender, crock pot, full kitchen, portable crib, and free wifi. Free parking is located under the building and carts are also located by the elevator to help with luggage or groceries.

Early check in or late check out available if cleaning time permits for a $50 fee per request due to high demand/requests. Please confirm same with owner ahead of time.

Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, St. George's Island, Apalachicola are just down the road with additional shopping, fabulous restaurants, deep sea fishing, scalloping, and many other attractions.

Shipwreck, Killer Seafood, and Mango Marleys are a must try! There is a Dollar General a few miles down the road for any last minute items you might need. There is a liquor store/bar at the east end of town called the Lookout Lounge.

Parking area and marked parking spot (108) under the building right by the elevator with luggage carts available for the short trip up to the first floor. Additional parking for guests on the side of the building. Boats may be parked in the public parking lot right down the street at the Pier.

Perfect getaway
Such a beautiful home, everything supplied was just right. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Primary suite was just what I needed, comfortable bed, soaker tub and large shower. Within steps of the beach where I watched gorgeous sunsets every night! The hosts were always attentive and answered questions quickly. The booking was easy. Definitely will be going back every September moving forward.

Perfect Condo!
This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was very homey and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. Even though we spent most of our time outdoors, it was amazing. Pool area was nice and the location was excellent. Best hosts ever.

First time at Mexico Beach
Loved the communication with Wendy! She went above and beyond with her availability! Everyone we met here was super friendly! Loved the area! But- a few things I would remember before coming here..you must drive to find a place to eat. There's not much here right now.. We loved going to Pt.St.Joe!! Mango Marley's is local but way overpriced for the small portions and not tasty. The little shops are quaint and fun to go in.. However, we waited about 50 minutes for coffee at the little coffee shop. (They were trying their best but it was so crowded due to nowhere else to go.) We love the beach equipment, but it might be time to update/repair some of the items- tent, cooler, chairs. The guest bath might need some TLC soon, too. The tub would not drain and it was filling up during showers. These are all just minor suggestions that would not make or break a vacation..just worth mentioning. Overall- we loved the condo-very spacious and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse. Location was great - very easy access to the beach and a quarter mile from the little shops. The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday.

Just a little break!!
Our family has been so busy. I have been going through lots of medical appointments, helping with grandchildren, and being diagnosed with cancer….the stress level has been very high. We started our month long vacation at Mexico Beach. Great choice for us. Quiet, calm, laid back. Beautiful and clean condo. Wendy responded quickly when we needed help at the condo. Very helpful owner. Place is well equipped with many items you may need. Condo is across the highway from the beach. Very close walk. The beach area was clean with sugary sand. Several food trucks and a few restaurant's close by. There is a small local market that had a surprisingly amount of food items. Larger grocery stores can be found farther south or in Panama City.
