Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had two families to stay and we both had our space but were still together. The condo is newly renovated and has all the amenities needed. We would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect in walking distance to restaurants and pier park. A short 5 min. drive to Walmart. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for my family. The rooftop deck had a gorgeous view. The only complaint I would have is no washer and dryer in the condo. They do have a washer and dryer in the facility to use. Definitely not a deal breaker we will be back. We have stayed in this condo the last two years and will continue to use it as long as it's available. Also I would bring extra towels and bath cloths if you're gonna stay longer than a few days. They supply some just not enough for my bunch.

Have booked with this owner twice now and have been pleased both times. This particular condo is very roomy and great location. We dis have a hiccup with the frig but she addressed it no problem. Always love the location of this building so close to walk to many restaurants and shops but they are always working on something like the elevator. But we definitely manage since its good price, rooms are nice and clean and good location.

Wonderful week in PCB. We love staying at the Continental because it’s right on the water, not a high rise, close to Pier Park and parking is easy! This was our first time in 601- it’s a huge condo and has plenty of room for 8 people. Decor is cute and updated and it was clean! 2 showers/bathrooms is awesome with girls! A/C is very cool and beds pretty comfy- loved the bedding! The only suggestions I have: no place to put suitcases/clothes. (No hangers in closet and one small dresser in one bedroom). Suitcase holders would be nice. There are a couple little maintenance items that would be nice to be fixed (although they don’t really hinder the stay much) including: dishwasher is not mounted to counter and feels like it will tip over when you open it, the tv remotes in bedrooms have dead batteries, main bathroom lighting is kinda dark, a closet door is off track making hard to open, and no vent cover over the loveseat so it’s cold sitting in that spot. We like to cook and stay on beach, and the pots and pans are kinda small for a condo that hosts up to 8. We had a great time and didn’t let a few inconveniences ruin a wonderful trip. I recommend the Continental to anyone!

The room was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and clean. The ambiance was set with a light fireplace and gorgeous view of the beach. The roof top made the nights so pleasant befor ending with a night cap . If you go to Panama City Beach this is one place you must stay. The Penthouse Suite 601 . So friendly and great communication

A few minor maintenance issues but were taken care of by owner the day of arrival. Great communication and a big place. Location was perfect for Ironman Florida with a great roof top deck which we did not have time to really use. But would stay here again if racing this again.

Very spacious place
We had a family of five adults. It was perfect for us. Having the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was great. We only had one vehicle but there was always a few open spaces available close to the entrance of the building. If you have five or more people staying there you may want to bring some extra towels. Kristina was very nice and helpful. We are definitely planning to stay there again.

The location is great and the check-in process couldn't have been any easier! Our kids loved being able to look out the window and see the beach. Super close to groceries and pier park! Great location to restaurants and shops. Condo is nicely remodeled and decorated. The picture shows a couple of tall chairs on deck, but they all are short and can’t see beach when sitting down. It would be nice to have taller chairs. Also I recommend highly in putting in black out curtains in the bedrooms and on the sliding glass door in bedroom to deck. The deck doors don’t have any curtains and it can’t be locked. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Roof balcony get away!
Overall our stay was nice but we did miss not having the regular balcony to open the doors and have the view from the living area. We also wish it would have had screen so we could have open the balcony door more. It was a nice clean condo though with plenty of room and comfy beds! Location was great! Breathtaking views!

Saddened family vacation
We had ants and the condo floors were dirty we swept and there was hair every where that was not ours. The neighbors next to us moved furniture and ran inside condo all night, had several bags of trash, alcohol and furniture in hallway that we had to maneuver around constantly. Some of our towels when we used them smelled of old cigarette smoke. Neighbors were loud and annoying. We won't be back.

Clean, beach was beautiful and not crowded, listing is lacking details
The unit itself has been well updated and has great views and location. The listing is lacking in details like coin laundry on site, there is a small bar/grill, information on parking, check in details (they are going to contact you by phone and not until the unit is ready day of vs 24-72 hrs in advance, and there is also a ring doorbell that should be disclosed. I’d also suggest having more and matching towels, but that may be a me thing. The roof top deck is a nice touch, but it does leave the second bedroom with a view of nothing but rooftop. Also worth noting they are constantly working on the elevators and they’re sometimes down. Overall a clean stay on a beautiful section of beach where it’s not over crowded.
