Welcome to Sterling Breeze 205!

Our condo three-bedroom three bath beach 2nd floor residence sleeps 10 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and for our guests. Sterling Breeze is so close to Pier Park you can get to this shopping and entertainment mecca either by taking a short stroll or getting in your car for a five minute drive. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach :Go to the tour section to see a 360 view of the condo. Starting Sept 6th the resort is doing elevator modernization and will have one elevator running while the other is being modernized, this should take 45 to 60 days but there will be always one elevator running at all times.

The property is older than appears photos. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the point we can’t open any search page (google, yelp, etc). We tried to use our data and because of the location, we didn’t have good cell reception. If you want to go off grid this is a great option.

Best beach condo
This was by far the best beach condo we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and very roomy! The view is unbelievable! It is very close to plenty of places. Very convenient since it is on the first level of rooms ( floor 2) and it was an easy walk across the breezeway/bridge to get to the condo. The walk to the pool and beach are short too. It made for a stress free trip. Very highly recommended. We had 8 people and it was very comfortable.

The only thing was the rug in the living room turned you get black but everything else was great. One of the Emilie’ employees down by the pool was very ridiculous he should monitor the pool in the evening when all the issues arises and the only other thing was someone in one of the rooms next to us was constantly smoking weed and that wasn’t good with little kids present

Great Vacation!
Overall we had a really great stay. The condo was not cleaned properly before our stay. There were pills of some type of medication in the floor of the bathroom, the tub was covered in soap scum, the washer was moldy (I had to clean it before use as it was the slimy snotty mold), the floors weren’t cleaned, etc. We were given one towel per person so we had to do laundry every time we all took showers. This caused me significant stress because I had to make sure I timed being in the room (and not on the beach) around everyone else’s shower time so we had towels to use. It took us three days emailing the owner to get more towels. The pool area was shut down for a day because someone broke glass in the pool. (Totally out of the hosts control) But the management company who worked at the hotel scolded EVERYONE as they walked through the pool area. The condo does come with a beach chair rental, but you’re not allowed to use it for the first row. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked. The condo was in a great area and parking and elevators were great. Once we got more towels and I cleaned the condo I was able to enjoy the last few days of our stay. The host was very nice and quick to reply to messages - it just took several days for resolution on the towels. He did refund the cleaning fee for the reservation so I felt he tried to remedy the cleanliness situation and I was appreciative of that. The condo had a magnificent view and was low to the ground.

While this property is a great location, the property was unclean and has serious plumbing issues. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our group and was unable to use the master bathroom immediately from check in. I will not book this property or any property offered through this rental agency again.

We checked in on Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning we had water coming from the light fixtures over the counter and coming up out of the floor we called maintenance and they sent multiple people to check for a leak which in turn took valuable vacation time from us waiting for them to come check the leak. Finally they told us we would be moved to a different unit on the 11th floor I did ask if this unit would be the same size and they said yes it was not big downgrade. The whole unit was smaller. Only two bedrooms everything was a big downgrade not even enough hot water at one point I have emailed the property manager multiple times asking for a partial refund and asking for her to call me but she will not call she did give a small amount of refund toward our stay but considering all the last time, waiting for people to come and packing and unpacking our things, and then the big downgrade, I feel we were not given a fair amount of refund I would not go back to sterling breeze ever again, and I would not suggest it to anyone not because of the property because of the poor management Thank you.

Girls Weekend
Wonderful house in a wonderful location. The condo is steps from the beach, but also has a pool and hot tub you can enjoy as well. The pool has a pool bar as well. The condo is spacious and has everything you could possibly need, including space so you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other. It is also true to its photos, very clean and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was with the internet, it was spotty and dropped frequently. I highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Convenient second floor condo over the pool
We really enjoyed the condo and close proximity to Pier Park, Destin, Walmart and restaurants. Four friends who really enjoyed the nice pool and easy beach access. The condo is more spacious than the pictures show and well furnished. The ramps to load were a little difficult but workable. We'll be back!

Great Location
The location of this condo was great. It is away from a lot of the chaos on front beach road yet close enough to drive anywhere quickly. The beach wasn’t packed either which was nice. Pool is nice but like some other people said in their reviews, there are staff members constantly telling you you cant have food or drinks near the pool, no floats or any beach gear on the pool deck at all etc.. It gets a little annoying. The condo itself needs some updating. The washer was full of mold and the dryer took 2 hours to dry a load. All the mattresses were uncomfortable. All the pots and pans needed thrown out. The condo says it accomodates 10 people but they only gave us 4 bath towels. The registration fee is also more than advertised. And the check in check out times are different than advertised. Other than those issues, great condo for the value.

Great room with no surprises/Complex super strict on pool rules
This 3/2 rental is exactly as it is detailed in the description. The check in process could not have been any easier or smoother. You can go straight to the room with the codes for the lock and go in yourself. The location of the room is perfect- low floor and the most beautiful views of the ocean. You can park in the parking deck and walk across the walkway and go straight to the room without getting on an elevator. The complex is in a perfect location-walking distance to Pier Park and all of the restaurants in and around Pier Park. I will comment on the complex itself which has nothing to do with the room. Sterling Breeze is very strict about No BALLS of any kind in the pool and NO DRINKS OR FOOD within 4 ft of the pool. They are very strict about this rule. They even employ a security guard that sits by the pool all day enforcing this rule. You cannot even walk close to the pool with a drink without him getting up and telling you to move further away from the pool. We watched him tell child after to child to get little water balls out of the pool. I think if there had been a baby in the pool with a teething ball he would have made them get out. So, if this is something that would bother you, you may want to re-think the stay at this complex. I am not sure if they had a huge problem with this at some time but it's really STRICTLY enforced.

Great stay. Nice and clean place, on a quiet part of the beach so not too crowded. Pier park and restaurants in walking distance. The friendly staff was a plus, we LOVED Natalie at the check in desk, very very nice. Will stay again!
